Refund policy

Returns on bags: 30 days

Changed your mind? Bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and with all tags and packaging. Email us at fashioncarry1976@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the item price to your original payment method.

Small leather goods: final sale

Our small leather goods (wallets, card cases, key rings, AirTag holders, phone crossbodies and jewelry cases) are handmade and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If any item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full. You will not pay anything for this.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
